The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 501 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S.-Surajpur, District- Madhya (Commissionerate) Gautam Buddha Nagar. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the false and frivolous F.I.R. has been lodged by the Assistant Manager Industry. The allegation in the F.I.R. dated 30.08.2025 is that the accused-applicant, who has resigned from the company has furnished certain vouchers for the transfer of industrial plot from the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, which shows different amount than paid. Hence, cheated the authority. Further submits that initially in the year 2005, an industrial plot has b
