The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 305 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 BNS, P.S.- Sikandarpur Vaisya, District- Kasganj, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the police has lodged the FIR on 27.11.2025 against two factions of the village, who were indulged in cross fight for the dispute of land. The injuries sustained by the side of accused applicants are graver in nature than the injuries sustained by other parties, who have used the country made pistol and fired the shot at the faction of the accused applicant.
