The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2026, under Sections 109, 333, 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S.- Saidnagli, District- J.P. Nagar (Amroha), during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the false and frivolous FIR has been lodged by the informant against the accused applicants. The allegation in the FIR dated 06.03.2026 is such that on 04.03.2026 on the day of Holi, the accused applicants have entered into the house of informant and beaten them. Three injuries have been suffered by the informant and five injuries by his wife. The FIR is belated. No specific role i
