The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 657 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Section 6/10 of Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1998, P.S.- Sirsaganj, District- Firozabad. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged against the accused-applicant and co-accused Vimal Kumar by the police on 23.11.2025 with the allegation that the co- accused has misused the testimonials of the accused-applicant and gave the examination of U.P.
