Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Learned AGA for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 121 of 2026, under Sections 132, 121(1), 221, 296, 351, 191, 190 BNS and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S.- Baghpat, District- Baghpat, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by the police in FIR dated 27.02.2026 wherein 12 persons were named in the FIR including the applicant. The applicant has criminal history of eight cases wherein he is on bail. He submits that the police has falsely implicated the applicant in the alleged case wherein the role attributed to all the 12 accused persons i
