The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 38/2026, under Sections 121(1), 132, 324(4), 125, 126(2) of BNS, Section3/4 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S.- Kotwali Mursan, District- Hathras. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicants that name of accused applicants are mentioned in the FIR. The FIR is lodged by the police against 51 named and 60 to 70 unnamed persons for creating ruckus on road when they were protesting of death of a child.
