It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that name of accused applicant is mentioned in the FIR. The FIR is lodged by the police against 51 named and 60 to 70 unnamed persons for creating ruckus on road when he was protesting death of a child. There is allegation of stone pelting on the police persons and damaging the public property. The accused applicant has no criminal history.
