The same is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Upadhyay and learned AGA for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 700 of 2017, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S.-Kotwali Nagar (Mahoba), District- Mahoba, during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in FIR dated 22.12.2017 wherein investigation is continuing. In the initial enquiry it is found that the company named Maxcom Homes Pvt. Ltd. is registered at Mahoba with the objective of providing p
