The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant in relation to FIR/Case Crime No. 87 of 2025 under Sections 126(2), 103(1) B.N.S (Corresponding Section 341 and 302 I.P.C), Police Station Maholi, District Sitapur. 3. The brief facts of the case are that on 09.03.2025, an F.I.R was lodged under Sections 126(2) and Section 103(1) B.N.S (old sections 141 and 302 I.P.C) against few unknown persons alleging therein that the husband of the informant was a Samvad Sutra in daily newspaper (Dainik Jagran). On 08.03.2025, he had left the house at around 2:00-2:30 P.M on his motorcycle by telling h
