The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 174 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 140(3) BNS, P.S.- Baraut, District- Baghpat. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant in village party politics. The incident is of 25.03.2025, wherein it is alleged that while proceeding on his motorcycle, 11 persons had apprehended him, who were travelling in Eeco and Brezza Cars. They apprehended him and beaten him with lathi and danda due to which, he suffered injuries. Further submits that the injuries are simple in nature. 6 injuries were caused on the person of informant.
