The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 143 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468 IPC, P.S. Sirauli, District Bareilly during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicants that the accused-applicants are farmers. They have taken Kisan Credit Card loan from the bank. The loan amount was of Rs.53,000/-, which was entered in the revenue record. The F.I.R. is lodged by the Bank Manager on 07.08.2019 against six persons. The name of accused-applicant is not mentioned in the F.I.R. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the loan has been taken on production of manufactured doc
