The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 336, 338, 340(2), 351(2), 352, 61(2) BNS, P.S. Dehli Gate, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 4.
