The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2026, under Sections 340(2), 336(3), 338, 318(4) of BNS, P.S.- Kotwali Fatehgarh, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant and informant are of same family. There is boundary dispute pertaining to the property. The FIR is lodged by the nephew of the applicant accused through an application under Section 173(4) BNSS. The civil and revenue suits are already pending.
