The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 1095 of 2016, under Sections 420, 406 IPC, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Mainpuri. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that in the commercial dispute the FIR has been lodged by the informant in the year 2016. There is the allegation in the FIR of misappropriation of fund which was transacted for the purchase of tractor. The accused applicant as well as informant run the tractor dealership. The transaction was mainly of the sale and purchase of tractor. The charge sheet is submitted against the applicant in the year 2017.
