The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 670 of 2024, under Sections 76, 333, 115(2), 351(3) BNS, P.S.- Chandpur, District- Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by the informant, who is mother in law of applicant's daughter. There is matrimonial dispute between the daughter of applicant and her in-laws which led to the lodging of FIR by the applicant's daughter on 22.11.2024. Wherein the informant is one of the accused.
