The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 266 of 2025, under Sections 74, 109, 115(2), 324(4) of BNS, P.S.- Mursan, District- Hathras, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 14.11.2025 by the informant for the incident dated 13.11.2025, wherein it is alleged that the victim went to the house of accused applicant to assemble in Jagran.
