The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 241 of 2021, under Section 366 IPC, P.S.- Turkpatti, District- Kushinagar. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has not been named in the F.I.R. dated 05.10.2021 lodged by the father of victim for enticement that his daughter has left the house on 30.09.2021. The two persons named in the F.I.R. are Mantu Yadav and Jitendra Yadav. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 CrPC stated that she is 19 years of age and the role attributed on the accused-applicant is that he has put her handkerchief on her nose, on which she became unconscious.
