The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0079 of 2026, under Sections 8 and 20 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 and 318(4) BNS, P.S.- Said Nagali, District- Amroha. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 21.03.2026 lodged by the police, wherein four co-accused have been arrested with the countraband charas weighted 1.2 kg. Further submits that four accused-applicants have been apprehended from Ertiga Car, wherein the countraband was transported. After the arrest, the police has recorded their statements, wherein they have stated that two more persons were involved in the same. Further submits that
