The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0631 of 2025, under Sections 310(2), 317(3) BNS, P.S.- Naini, District- Prayagraj. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 23.11.2025 lodged by the informant with the allegation that on 15.11.2025, he has taken an auto from the Naini while coming from Pune, Maharashtra. He has been extorted of Rs.45,000/- in cash and Rs. 49,500/- transferred through QR Code and other money, which was being transferred on the knife point. The accused-applicant has no role.
