The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicants to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 82 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/8 the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Gambhirpur, District- Azamgarh. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicants that the accused-applicants, who are wives of co-accused, have been falsely implicated by the police through the statements of their husband, wherein it is stated that the wives of co-accused were also involved in selling the prohibited meat weighted 65 kg recovered from the house of the accused- applicants on 28.03.2026, on the basis of tip off to the police. In the F.I.R., the name of three brothers, namely, Sarfaraz Ahmad, Shadab Ahmad and Raees Ahmad is entered.
