Naushad, learned counsel for the accused-applicant and learned AGA for State and perused the record. 2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 637 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1986, P.S.- Jhinjhana, District- Shamli. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in F.I.R. dated 10.12.2025, wherein co-accused Junaid has been apprehended on motorcycle carrying 528 gm charas. The another co-accused Wasim, who was travelling along with Junaid has fled away. After the arrest, the co- accused Junaid has disclosed the name of accused-applicant and another co-accused of supplying the contraband.
