The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 461 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 110, 117(2) of BNS, P.S.- Nawabganj, District- Prayagraj. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant in F.I.R. dated 02.11.2024, wherein it is alleged that due to old enmity, there was cross fight. The accused-applicant and informant are of same village. There is cross F.I.R. lodged by both the parties, of the incident. The F.I.R. lodged by the accused-applicant is as Case Crime No.462 of 2024 in the same police station. The investigation is continuing. The accused- applicant has no criminal
