The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 208 of 2025, under Sections 87, 127(2), 351(3) BNS, P.S.- Mainather, District- Moradabad. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the victim on 15.10.2025 for the offence of rape committed on 27.09.2025. The main accused is Urooz Alam against whom the allegation of rape is attributed and he is already granted bail.
