The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 94 of 2022, under Sections 8/20 NDPS Act, P.S. Ahraura, District Mirzapur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in FIR dated 01.06.2022, wherein three co-accused persons have been apprehended by the police along with 79 Kgs. of Ganja in Bolero Car. After arrest, they have stated that the contraband and vehicle was supplied by the accused/applicant. It is further submitted that the co-accused have already been granted bail.
