Cholapur, District Varanasi during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant is uncle (Phupha) of victim. The FIR is lodged by the father of the victim for enticement on 07.02.2026. There is matrimonial dispute of accused/applicant with his wife. The informant is the brother of wife. The victim in her statement under Section 180 and 183 BNSS has specifically stated that she herself went along with her uncle (Phupha). The accused/applicant has no criminal history.
