The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 839 of 2022, under Sections 454 and 380 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Deoria, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has falsely been implicated in the case. The father of accused/applicant runs jewellery shop. The FIR dated 25.11.2022 reveals that there was a theft in the house of Dr. Amit Kumar. The FIR is lodged against anonymous person.
