Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant and Learned AGA for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.202 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 117(2), 118(1) BNS (corresponding Sections 323, 504, 506, 324 325 IPC) P.S. Chapar, District Muzaffar Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the accused/applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant, who is the relative. There was some property dispute between the two parties in a family. The allegation in the FIR is the demolition of tin shade, wherein both the sides have entered into altercation, which led to the cross fight. There is cross FIRs lodged by both the parties. One lodged
