The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2026, under Sections 352, 109(1) BNS, P.S. Mahua Kheda, District Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that false and frivolous FIR has been lodged by the opposite party no.2 against the accused/applicant and co-accused on 25.02.2026 with the allegation that the accused/applicant came to the shop of the informant and opened fired at the brother-in-law of the informant.
