The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 136 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 333, 61(2) BNS, P.S. Kotwali, District- Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has no criminal history. He is resident of Madhya Pradesh. He has been falsely implicated in the case during investigation. The FIR is lodged on 23.2.2026 by the informant who is tenant of the property which was owned by Mukesh Kumar Agrawal. The FIR is intended against one Santosh Gupta who is purchaser of property. It is intimated to the informant that Santosh Gupta has opened fire on the informant in the night
