The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 523 of 2024 (Special Case No. 2442 of 2025) under Section 2/3 Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Kotwali Dehat, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the police has invoked the provision of Gangster Act against the accused applicant on a solitary case wherein it is alleged that the accused applicant is instrumental in getting papers solved in competitive examinations. The accused applicant is on bail in the solitary case. During investigation, he has not been arrested due to interim order granted by this Court.
