The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 899 of 2021, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Kotwali Farrukhabad, District- Farrukhabad. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the accused-applicant has been implicated under the provisions of gangster act in F.I.R. dated 13.11.2021. Initially, the gang charts have been quashed by the orders of this Court passed in writ petition as well as in the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 CrPC.
