The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0111 of 2024, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Raipur, District- Sonbhadra, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated under the provision of gangster act by the police. On a solitary case, provisions of gangster act has been invoked. The accused applicant was the vehicle owner which was used for transportation of cattle.
