The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release her on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 195 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 351(3), 61(2)(a), 3(5), 117(2) BNS, P.S. Khatauli, District Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that there is the F.I.R. lodged on 20.05.2025 by the Management of Lal Dayal Public School against its principal, supervisors, teachers and staff of beating the founder of the college. The accused-applicant is a teacher. During investigation, the accused-applicant has not been arrested. She has no criminal history. The charge sheet is submitted. Hence, seeks anticipatory
