The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 23 of 2026, under Sections 85, 115(2), 89, 351(3) of BNS and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, 1986, P.S.- Simbhawali, District- Hapur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by his wife, who is second in marriage. The marriage between the accused-applicant and informant was solemnized on 18.04.2025. Soon after the marriage, there was matrimonial discord.
