The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 51 of 2026, under Sections 2(b)(i)/3(1) U.P. Gangster and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Muhammadabad, District- Mau. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the accused-applicant has been roped in provisions of gangster act, showing two cases in the gang chart. In both the case of the gang chart, the accused-applicant is on bail. In the first case, which arose out of Case Crime No.356 of 2025, P.S.
