The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 175 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/8 the Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 11 the Prevention of Animals to Cruelty Act and 3/25 Arms Act, P.S.- Kairana, District- Shamli. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case of cow slaughter and Cruelty to Animals in F.I.R. dated 14.03.2026, wherein it is alleged that four progeny were seized from the possession of the accused-applicant, whom they were going to slaughter.
