Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of applicant no. 2- Sunil Kumar is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant no. 1- Priyanshu Yadav with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2026, under Sections 352, 351(3), 109(1) of BNS, P.S.- Usarahar, District- Etawah, during pendency of the trial. 5.
