The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 90 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Sections 109, 325 and 3(5) of BNS, P.S.- Saiyad Raja, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 26.03.2026 by the police persons against the vehicle carrying live cattle. The driver and conductor were arrested from the place of incident. The applicant was not knowing about the use of his transport vehicle. The applicant is the owner, who has n
