The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 352 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 IPC, P.S.- AIIMS, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant in FIR dated 21.12.2023 wherein it alleged that the co-accused is impersonated the informant and sold her land. The applicant is a marginal witness of the sale deed. During investigation, the accused has not been arrested. The charge sheet is submitted. The accused has criminal history of seven
