The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2006, under Sections 409, 419, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, P.S.- Atarra, District- Banda, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant was a Bank Manager of Allahabad bank at Atarra.
