The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0215 of 2023, under Section 408 IPC, P.S.- Premnagar, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the false and frivolous FIR has been lodged on 12.07.2023 by the owner of Shubham Hospital with the allegation that the accused applicant and another co- accused have embezzled Rs. 5 lakh. They are collection agents of the samples. During investigation, the accused applicant has not been arrested. The accused applicant has no criminal history. The accused has been falsely implicated in the case. There is no particulars either in the FIR or the mate
