The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 235 of 2025, under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Ramnagar, District Varanasi during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR is lodged by the informant on 17.09.2025, who is transporter. The main accused is Arif Khan, who is an Accountant of the informant. The allegation against him is that he has provided wrongful gain to the co- accused Ashish Yadav, due to which the company has suffered a loss
