No.1206 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No.314 of 2014, under Section 306 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali, District Etawah, with a prayer to enlarge her on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends her arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant is the wife of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
