Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Rajendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Learned AGA for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 60 of 2025, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, P.S.Jeanpur, District Azamgarh during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant is a Manager of Madarsa against him the FIR is lodged on 11.02.2025 by Inspector of SIT. It is the contention of learned counsel that the Madarsa was registered in the year 2008. The accused/applicant is a teacher. The main accused, who is running Madarsa has already been granted bail. The accused/applicant has no criminal history. He is apprehending arrest through wants to cooperate in the investigation.
