Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Session Trial No. 650 of 2014, Case Crime No. 445 of 2014, under Sections 498A, 304B, 302/34 I.P.C., Police Station- Barra, District- Kanpur Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during the pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that the applicant may be enlarged on anticipatory bail on the following grounds:- (i) The first information report was lodged on the basis of an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. after about ten months of the incident.
