Sri Nisar, learned counsel for the applicants and Learned AGA for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.635 of 2025, under Sections 318(3), 338, 336(3), 340(2) BNS, Section 3(2) Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 4/21 of Mines and Minerals Act, P.S. Behat, District Saharanpur during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicants have been falsely implicated in the case by Mining Inspector in FIR dated 13.12.2025 for the incident of 11.12.2025 wherein the two truck have been p
