Sri Anurag Srivastava, learned advocate, holding the brief, appears for the applicant, hands up the affidavit of the applicant in support of the anticipatory bail application, the same is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.483 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, P.S. Khajani, District- Gorakhpur. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the applicant is the land owner. The allegation against the accused-applicant in the FIR dated 15.12.2025 lodged through an application under Section 173(4) BNSS is such that she has sold the land more than she owned. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that mutation has already been carried out.
