The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 266 of 2020, under Sections 323, 324, 354-B, 352, 452, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Sirsaganj, District Firozabad during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the false and frivolous FIR has been lodged belatedly on 18.4.2020 for the offence of 16.4.2020 wherein it is stated that the accused applicants who are neighbours entered in the house of the informant who was all alone in a house and not only beaten her but has also disrobed her modesty.
