The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2026, under Sections 2(b)(i)/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Kotwali Dehat, District- Banda, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that on the basis of two cases in the gang chart, the provisions of Gangsters Act has been invoked against the accused. The two cases in which the name of accused applicant is disclosed, alleged lodged against anonymous person for the theft of e-rickshaw.
