The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 396 of 2023, under Sections 457, 380, 411 P.S.- Kotwali Deoria, District- Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged against the anonymous persons by the informant on 11.5.2023 regarding the theft in his house on 4.4.2023 wherein the belongings and jewellery of the inhabitants has been stolen. In one case, the police has arrested the accused applicant and in all other cases, the accused applicant has been made culprit.
